North Cha-am is commonly known as the district’s center and most tourists will turn to face north Cha-am when they reach the Cha-am beach road. But if you decide to turn right to South Cha-am,  you will be pleasantly greeted by an atmosphere of privacy and  comfort, surrounded by 
a peaceful natural environment.

Rungaran has been in business in south Cha-am for over 30 years. Our resort was rebuilt in the tail end of 2005. The houses are cunningly set to make the most of the pleasant environment and peaceful surroundings. This small but beautiful chalet proudly retains our traditional Thai image, from the architectural design, bamboo decorated ceilings, teakwood furniture, to a lovely garden with many pockets of secluded spots where one can comfortably sit down and enjoy the peace offered to the accompaniment of the sounds of the pond.
